Please remember we are in Hawaii, and allow us time to get back to you with answers to your questions. It is 6 hours earlier in Hawaii than in New York, and 3 hours earlier than in California.

All correspondence is answered in a timely manner. Most within 24 hours. I will make every attempt to help you with problems you encounter, but files will not be sent in email, with the rare exception due to a malfunction on the cart.
