This faq is provided to help answer any questions you may have before contacting us. I will add any questions I receive in email that are asked often enough. I hope you find these questions and answers helpful. To see the reply, simply click on the question, it will expand to the answer.

Basic Questions

What form of payment will you accept?

  • All transactions go through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to make purchases with a credit card.
  • Most of my designs are also available through Stitchery Mall.

Do you offer tech support should I run into a problem stitching a design out?

I want you to be happy with my designs. I offer samples as a way for you to test my digitizing of a design. I encourage you to stitch out any of my sample designs first before purchasing from me. Of course, if you have any questions about the designs I create, please feel free to contact me with your questions before purchasing, and should you run into a problem after purchase I will also do what I can to help you with stitching out your designs.

Do you convert to other formats?

All files are offered files in .dst, .hus, and .pes. I do add other formats as time permits, and this will be mentioned on the product description page. You can easily convert files for yourself in the free conversion software that can be found here.

Will you send designs I purchase via postal mail?

Of course, I'll be happy to, however, you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges and an invoice will be sent via Paypal, which must be paid before I ship your cd/floppy.

Do you offer samples?

Of course, you will find several samples here, but also you will find them scattered among the cart pages.

Do you offer custom digitizing?

Yes, I offer custom digitizing services creating designs at affordable prices. Please contact me if you need a design digitized. We'll discuss your needs and options at that time..

How to use the Shopping Cart?

How do I purchase designs?

These are basic steps, I will create a small tutorial if needed.
  1. Add your items to the cart by using the "Add to Cart" Buttons on the product display pages.
  2. Once your finished, click the checkout button
  3. It then asks you to sign in. If you have never created an account here, please fill in all information, then click submit. If you've previously signed up, you simply need your email address and password.
  4. Once you do this, you are taken to a page where you will be asked for any coupon codes. or be given the opportunity to ask a question about your order as well.
  5. Is your order confirmation page, it asks you to simply confirm your address, order, discounts, pricing, and any instruction you've given in regards to your order.
  6. If your downloading a "sample" design, you will be now taken to the download page, but if you need to pay for your order, you will go thru the Paypal process, then automatically be taken to your download page.
  7. The last page will have your order ready for download.

What does ""Note: Downloads are not available until payment has been confirmed." mean?

This happens when you return from Paypal, and you've used the option to show no shipping address required. Because the cart needs a confirmed address to confirm with the address you gave the cart. In other words, your address needs to match the one in the cart that you gave when you registered.
