Conditions of Use

Our terms are simple and straight forward.

Paradise Stitches retains the copyright to all of our designs

Your purchase is a license to use the designs under the following conditions.

1. You may stitch the designs on items for personal use as well as selling stitched items. However, a limit is placed on items sold with designs from Paradise Stitches in the amount of 50 items per design. Should you go over this amount you will need to purchase a license for mass distribution of use of goods on Paradise Stitches designs.

2. You may make one (1) back up copy of the design, and we encourage you to do so in the event of computer mishaps.

3. You may NOT in any way sell, transfer your license, share, or give away the designs.
